Helping you stay compliant with the future of digital tax reporting

Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax is the next major step in HMRC’s move to digital reporting. From April 2026, sole traders and landlords with gross income over £50,000 will be required to keep digital records and submit quarterly updates to HMRC using MTD-compliant software. Those with gross income over £30,000 will follow from April 2027, and from April 2028, the threshold is expected to reduce further to £20,000.
At Taylor Miles Accountancy, we are fully MTD for Income Tax ready. We help you understand what these changes mean, choose the right cloud-based software, and set up a process that keeps your records organised and your reporting on track.
Whether you are a sole trader or a landlord, we make the transition to MTD smooth and stress free, with personalised support and clear advice every step of the way.
